About Jessica
I found Pilates over 20 years ago, and have been singing its praises ever since. I know what it can do for you, and I am passionate about sharing it. Pilates will revolutionize your mind on your feeling of fitness. Home based, and private, affordable Pilates instruction for women, with experienced care. My personal experience includes ACE certification in Personal Training since 2017, and Nutrition as of 2019. With the YMCA for 3 years as a trainer, group class, water aerobics, and Pilates instructor. NETA certified in Mat Pilates and Reformer. Training with Jessica's House since the summer, 2020.

Pilates has changed me, and helped me so much. The practice has a refreshing and uplifting effect, immediately improving quality of life, and I see profound improvements with form in my clients usually within the first 3 sessions. I always jump up and down and get a little over excited when I see that hard work pull off noticble physical changes in a short time.
Sharing Pilates knowledge and benefits comes naturally from the trememdous impact it has had on me. Becoming an instructor, and working with others who really need what Pilates has to offer, is a part of who I am. Originally trained as a personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise, I began working as a trainer at the YMCA. When my clients talked with me about what they needed from exercise, I showed them Pilates. There is a lot to know, and grow into, and my education is on-going. Yet, the Classic Mat Pilates exercises are enough to change most every body.

The first time we meet, I want to get to know you. I want to know what you really need, and are looking for from exercise. Then I will talk to you about how I, and Pilates mat training, may be the power infusing, simple magical movements you never knew you needed so bad, answer, or not, nothing is for absolutely everyone. Pilates requires a commitment, not just to do it, but an openess to look at exercise a new way, and willingness to hope that you actually may be able to work out those physical barriers to feeling really well, all laying down.

Details
FREE introductory session, and consultation
In person training, individual and groups of 3-5 are brought in and through a Classic Mat Pilates workout for about an hour and $48.
ZOOM classes are beginning soon and will have morning and evening sessions for about 20 minutes, three times a week.
These classes are available for all personal training clients for free! If you have already had some basic training and want only access to our ZOOM wake up and wind down classes each week you can join monthly for $48. That's only $4 a class!
