About Jill
We are here for you! No matter what your fitness level, whether you are a pro athlete wanting to improve your performance, a couch potato wanting a low impact way to ease back into fitness or a hard working professional with aches and pains from life .... our experienced, supportive teachers can help you feel, work and perform better so you can live your best life! Established in 2005 and voted "Best/Favorite of the South Bay" for 10 consecutive years, we are a full service Pilates studio offering private sessions, small group reformer and mat classes and specialty training and workshops, (MELT, Pink Ribbon, Oov, DNS, Z-Health, etc.), we truly offer something for every body. Our cozy, welcoming studio, with used brick walls, high, wood-beamed ceilings and plenty of natural light is conveniently located in Old Torrance, just minutes away from the 405 and 110 freeways, and all local South Bay cities. We can't wait to show you all the benefits of Pilates!
All of our teachers are BASI and/or Polestar trained Pilates instructors, as well as certified in a variety of complementary disciplines: DNS, Pink Ribbon Pilates, Pilates for Gold, Oov, MELT, Z-Health, etc. We have all come to the benefits of Pilates because of our own life experiences, including motorcycle rider, Los Angeles Sheriff, Harvard athlete, ballet teacher, office worker, mom, cancer survivor, near-fatal accident survivor, knee replacement patient, etc. We've either experienced or worked with most of the modern day issues that you may be facing. We can help!

Give us a call or text so we can chat and discover what your goals and issues are so we can find the best fit for you to get started at every body's pilates! We offer free consultations by appointment. It's also so easy to sign up online through our website. All levels are welcome to our Pilates mat classes. However, if you are new to Pilates equipment, you will want to sign up for one of our "101" Pilates Reformer for Newbies classes to get started. Alternatively, you can also start with private sessions if the 101 schedule doesn't fit yours or if you'd prefer one-to-one training. If you are interested in private sessions, definitely give us a call, email or text so we can find a teacher that fits your needs and availability.
