About Gary
I teach Java, Python, Javascript, SQL, FIX, MongoDB.
I teach student computer skills from my professional experience. I have worked in many Wall Street companies for many years. I worked in JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley to build high frequency low latency eletronic trading system for Equity and Bond. I used Java, Python, Scala and Spark to build prediction engine using big data and machine learning algorithms.
My students enjoyed the time with me because they can hear real life Wall Street stories while learning computer skills. I also teach interview skills. So my students can succeed the interview process during job hunting.
I enjoy working with students. To understand their concerns when learning new language, it can help me to understand the design of the language better.
My professional work is to build electronic trading systems. It requires precision and speed. Working with this kind of systems makes me proud of myself. I am not just capable of computer skills, but also capable of complex mathematic calculation!
Master's degree in Information Technology. More than twenty years experience in building electronic trading system in Wall Street Companies.
