About Marlin
I am a passionate quilter using my photographs for inspiration in mixed media art pieces. I have won several ribbons for my traditional quilts. Memory quilts made from T-shirts and other clothing are my niche for clients.
I have been a quilt instructor for local quilt shops in Miami, Fl, local guilds, and private instruction.
I hold an MBA, BS in HR.
I started quilting in 1995 with the first grandchild, however, I have been sewing since 7th grade 1972. I have attended training with the most infamous quilt teachers around the world. I have won ribbons for my work and have displayed my quilts in exhibitions like the Glass Art Musuem, may quilt shows, and guild lectures.

I search with questions and terminology for the level of my students. Additionally, responses tell me the type of student I am working with such as Auditiory, Visual, and or Kinsinitic. My classes are beginner to advianced encompassing useable projects from bags, to bed quilts, to art pieces for display.
