About Rachel
My priority is vocal health and keeping singing free, easy, and fun! I like to work with students on the genre of their preference, helping them to explore their musical interests and find their voice!
It's incredibly rewarding to witness the musical breakthroughs a student can have in their lessons! I take pride in helping students maintain vocal health and find more joy in singing!
I studied vocal performance at The University of Maryland, College Park, and I have studied with Matt Farnsworth Vocal Studio in New York City. I've been a working musician and professional singer in NYC for ten years!

First, we'll be sure to discuss your musical interests and goals and what you'd like to get out of lessons. We'll work through breathing concepts, warm up your voice, and dive into songs! We'll workshop a few pieces at a time closely, and you're always welcome to bring in new material to lessons!
