About Susannah
I played 17 years of competitive soccer and coached players of all ages and levels throughout my career. I believe in a fun yet effective approach to training.
I love to work with players to talk about their goals as individuals to set up milestones and create sessions that suit what they need.
I believe fitness is a large component of being the best soccer player you can be. I love to include different soccer fitness drills both with and without the ball in each session.
I played 4 years of D1 soccer at Elon University while earning my bachelor's degree in Business Management.
I coached the Elon soccer camps in the summers between school - players ages 8-18 from beginners to college bound athletes.
I now coach middle school coed soccer and U6 soccer team in NYC.
I train my friends for fun - mostly fitness plans and sessions.

About the lesson

The first session will be a fundamental soccer training. I want to find out your abilities and soccer knowledge. In that first session I will also assess your fitness level. After the session, we will sit down and have a conversation about what you as a player would like to improve upon, and what I believe we should work on as a team. I believe in give and take, and feedback from both the coach and the player.

Details
The first session will be a discounted price of $35 for fundamental training and assessment.
After the initial session, 1 hour training sessions are $60/hr for 1 on 1 sessions.
For group or pair sessions, $50/hr per player.
