About Don
My program is designed to build players up through the mastery of the basic fundamentals and understanding of the game. Players don't just learn skills, the learn strategy and build game intelligence.
I really enjoy introducing youth players and new players to the beautiful game of soccer. Seeing them develop as an individual player and as a teammate is an amazing experience.
Over 20 years of playing experience, with about a decade competing at the highest levels available in North Texas for multiple clubs (Legacy FC, Kicks SC, Andromeda and others). Over 5 years of coaching youth soccer fir skills and team development.

I generally start with an informal kick around to assess the student's skills. This allows me to see natural tendencies, habits and technique strengths/deficiencies without the player feeling judged. From there we start working on breaking bad habits through the development of positive ones.

Works great with kids! Kids love him and respect him. See alot of improvement from the beginning when my son started playing. Coach Don really incorporates how important teamwork is and watching the team working together is the best! After every practice my sons say how much they enjoyed it and wish it was a longer practice. I love how his practices are fun and at the same time very structured and disciplined.
