I begin with physical endurance and continue with the fundamentals. From there I begin to teach technique and develop tactical comprehension of the game. I teach players how to play but also improve upon any weaknesses and build upon on their strengths. Sessions are taken in that order while also foster a fun learning and playing environment. I DO NOT train goalkeepers.
I have worked with children from the ages of 6-17 and I have worked with adults from the ages of 18+
I would advise that athletes consider their goals and expectations.
I often recieve feedback from former players and parents that I have been able to make a positive impact both on and off the field of play when working with athletes.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Atheletes should contemplate the duration of the training (timeframe working with a coach), thier long and short term goals & areas of improvement.
