About David
I love helping people communicate! First-hand experience! I did not know any English when moving to Australia. New friends down under helped me move around and get to know the new culture. Once back in my country of origin Venezuela, I became a teacher. Teaching is my passion and knowing what goes through a student's mind I believe is a plus, after all, it was my own experience. I was 20 years all at that time so I can also say "it is never too late to learn a new language". We need to give ourselves time to learn. I am here to help.

First, it is really important that the student understands that learning a new language requires both patient and peace of mind. It is not just learning new words and see how they form phrases. It is a psychological process as well. So first things first. Basic things go first. I follow the natural approach or direct method at first (it has been given a few names). Then when possible (depending on students' capabilities) grammar explanations are introduced.
