REVIEWS
"Rachel is a wonderful Spanish tutor who works well with my son. She is patient, kind, and always encouraging. She is great at identifying areas where he needs improvement and tailors her approach to help him succeed. Her supportive teaching style has made a positive impact on his learning experience. Highly recommend!" - Diana R.
"Wonderful Spanish tutor for my college student! In just a couple of tutoring lessons, Rachel helped my daughter to remember and understand enough, and more importantly, to instill confidence and my daughter was able to successfully place out of the beginner level classes! A very big thank you to Rachel!" - Waymond E.
"Gentle yoga for every body type and skill level. Love the sense of calm that follows- Highly recommend!" - Kay M

HELLO! I'm Rachel, an expert educational consultant with more than 20 years of experience. I specialize in premed advising, essay editing, and tutoring Spanish. I'm also a certified yoga instructor with more than 500 training hours.
SPANISH LESSONS
I'm a native English speaker, but I've been speaking Spanish for over 30 years. I first learned a basic understanding of Spanish in school, which gave me a strong grammatical base. I then was lucky to live in Mexico and Spain which gave me the immersion experiences of real-life conversations. Message me here to learn more about learning Spanish with me.
YOGA
My focus is on teaching inclusive yoga and making it accessible to everyone. If you've ever felt yoga is not for you, my class is a great place to try again. Most of my regular students are seniors or adults in larger bodies who want a slow, gentle practice. We are not doing aerobics or circus acrobat yoga! We are stretching and strenthening.
Are you ready for a non-scary, non-competive yoga class? Check out yogapolaris.com to enroll in my regular online group class Wednesdays at 7pm Eastern. You will do it from the comfort of your home - you don't even need to turn on your camera!
To discuss 1-on-1 yoga or a custom yoga group class for you and your friends, please message me.

COMPLETELY DOABLE!
As a larger woman, I have always been intimidated by yoga. I'm so glad that I tried a class with Rachel! She made it completely doable for me and the stretching felt incredible! Thanks, Rachel, for including all bodies in your classes!
