About Joshua
My name is Joshua, one of my beliefs is that anything is achievable when the effort is put in. I am a high school graduate currently at the University of Strathclyde studying Maths & Physics. The reason I tutor is so that I can see people be rewarded for the efforts that they have put in, and so that they can get what they so desire. I feel it is rewarding to see what I can do in order to help people achieve not only what they want, but deserve.

The method of teaching used focuses on understanding the underlying concepts and reasoning, and then applying the skills learnt from understanding. The length of a lesson can vary according to the length desired by the student, it can lie in the range of an hour and up to two hours. Previous experience in tutoring comes from working for Majikats, where I was actively engaged in helping kids understand key components in their level of study, I also volunteer in helping high school pupils understand their syllabus and how to study efficiently. These lessons are aimed for high school students who are looking for the extra push in achieving the best grade they wish to obtain, these lessons are for pupils in Scotland studying Advanced Higher, Higher or National 5. I also offer tuition for National 5 and Higher Chemistry.

Perfect! Joshua was great, explained my daughter the stuff she was struggling with and she came out of the lesson quite confident. I will strongly recommend him!
Perfect! Joshua genuinely cares how you do in the exams. He has very good physics knowledge and can change how he explains concepts so that they are understood. He doesn’t waste any time and provides good value for money. He has helped my son prepare for his Higher Physics exams
Perfect! So far so good. It’s just been the first one but my son seems quite happy.
