About Ruoying
Teaching Philosophy
“Every Child Can!” — from Suzuki Method
Talents are often undervalued without appropriate methods and professional guidance. My role as a violin educator is to discover the potential of individuals of all ages and levels, and assist them to accomplish their goals, whether it is to become a professional musician or a passionate music hobbyist.
I believe that teaching approaches should always fit students’ personal needs and learning experiences since every student has their own characters, strengths, and learning pace.
In my violin lessons, demonstration of playing is crucial and effective to give my students a more intuitive image of playing and help them better understand the problems we are working on.

Ms. Pan is an exceptional violin teacher, I like her way of expressing abstract ideas connecting to daily life. Her dedication and passion for music education are truly inspiring. From the very first lesson, it was evident that she possesses a deep understanding of both the technical and musical thoughts aspects of playing the violin. Her patient and encouraging teaching style has not only improved my playing but has also reignited my love for music. Her ability to convey complex musical concepts in a clear and accessible manner is remarkable.
