About Ghori
Struggling to break into IT or stuck applying with no interviews? I help beginners and career changers build real IT job skills, confidence, and interview readiness based on actual service desk experience, not textbooks. I’m a Second Line Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting users in large Civil Service IT environments, including the Ministry of Justice and Department for Education, and I work daily with real IT support processes such as service desk operations, ticket handling, Windows troubleshooting, and resolving common workplace IT issues across hardware, software, and user accounts. I also support learners who want to improve general computer skills for work or prepare for Civil Service–style interviews and selection processes. I started tutoring because I’ve seen many capable people struggle to enter IT — not due to lack of ability, but because they’re taught theory without understanding how IT roles and interviews actually work in practice. My teaching style is clear, practical, and supportive, with lessons explained in plain English, adapted to your experience, and focused on what employers and interview panels genuinely expect from candidates.

My lessons are practical, structured, and designed to prepare you for real IT roles, workplace expectations, and interviews, not just certifications or exams. I focus on how entry-level IT jobs actually work in practice — particularly Service Desk and first-line roles, which are the most common starting point for IT careers. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are suitable for complete beginners, career changers, apprentices, and job seekers.

All sessions are one-to-one and tailored to your goals, whether you are building IT skills, improving computer confidence, or preparing for interviews.
Most students choose a lesson pack to make steady progress rather than one-off sessions.
5-hour pack – Ideal for focused support, such as interview preparation, computer skills for work, or building core IT knowledge.
10-hour pack – Best for career changers or job seekers who want a structured plan covering IT fundamentals, real troubleshooting, and interview practice.
