About Joelle
I teach a one hour vinyasa flow class of stretching and toning.
I have been practicing yoga for 30+ years. After back injuries sustained from a car accident, daily yoga is what got me out of pain and keeps me pain-free. Then, after a job loss I suddenly had time to pursue yoga teacher training (#coronabonus) and I am certified through Yoga Alliance. During the pandemic, I started offering yoga on my property (weather permitting) and now via Zoom. @joellehawkes
