About Tara
Prosperous Yoga makes it easy to include yoga into your wellness routine. We create a personalized yoga practice tailored to your goals and bring it to the privacy of your Brooklyn or Lower Manhattan home 1-3 times per week.
Not in NYC? We also offer Online Sessions via Zoom, Skype, Facetime and other online platforms.
Rejuvenating and strengthening the body primes and focuses the mind. We work with lawyers, software engineers, medical professionals, therapists and other wonderful clients. We offer 1:1 in-home or online yoga as well as in-home or online private yoga for couples and small groups.
Making the time to restore physically, mentally and spiritually with a committed yoga practice is a valuable investment that can transform your life. Tara created a calming environment where I could be present in the moment. There are some great stretches that I could utilize either on a mat or even sitting at my desk at work. The practice felt very intentional. The pace was just right not too fast not too slow and it was a great way to end my day.
