About Claire
Teaching yoga, for me, is compassionately guiding students through a traditional practice. Yoga has brought me peace of mind and an ability to let go of old wounds, and this is what I bring my students both as individuals as well as group study. Pranic Healing has opened even more doors for me as an instructor, as well as a Healer. Focusing on physical ailments, I have focused my intuition to help my clients not only clear out physical ailments; but also work on deep emotional and spiritual wounds.

Usually I have a new student contact via email or phone to ask some basic medical questions, as well as suss out their own personal goals with yoga. I will then have a session with a mild yoga flow to assess their physical state within a yoga practice. From there we begin talioring a personal yoga flow for a student, as well as a slow pergression to a daily at home practice. My main goal with my students is to help them get to where they want to be while also creating a dedicated daily practice.
