I like to clear any medically relevent information before starting as well as gaining a basic understanding of the student's experience with yoga. I also believe that it is very important to understand what the student's goals for their practice are.

Loved how Elizabeth tailored the session for my needs and level. Her voice is so calming and relaxing. Exactly what I needed.
Lizzie made me feel extremely comfortable and really worked with me (my first time doing yoga). I was very appreciative of her actually teaching me and being patient with my lack of skill set. Would definitely recommend her lessons !!
