Andrea is a wonderful practictioner who conveys warmth and compassion and creates a caring environment. It provides me with the opportunity to just take care of myself for one hour a week. She has introduced me to new techniques that I have found personally helpful in reducing my stress which I use through out the week. As a clinical social worker I relay these techniques to my clients as well.

I enjoy everything about this project but in particular, I like how practical and how easily integrated the taught techniques are. I have been able to apply what I've learned daily and see the benefits myself along with the enthusiastic encouragement from Andrea that truly solidifies the steady growth. Personally, this project has been a blessing!
