About Open house yoga
I have the passion for guiding clients to reconnect the mind to body comes from my knowledge of both Athletic training. As a former D1 athlete, I also have over 15 years experience as a fitness coach and an act professionally as certified Youth Mental Health Aid.
I am the owner and founder of Open House Yoga in Columbia, Sc. I am currently a 200 HR Yoga Alliance Certified teacher that focuses on post-injury mobility, mindfulness, and body accessibility by incorporating trauma-informed Yoga.
