Yoga helps you stay fit physically and mentally. It is for everyone, not just for flexible or young people. You start from where you are. Hope you enjoy the state of body and mind being in alignment.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
*Yoga experience?
*Experience in any sports?
*Any chronic disease/health issues or injuries?
*What kindf of challenges are you facing? (physically/mentally)

I simply love my private sessions with Makiko. She is an expert and prepares the sessions really well based upon my personal needs. She is able to listen and translate my needs into very good yoga exercises. I truly felt great afterwards!
