About Ronald
We are a Personal Training and Yoga studio. We focus on a high level of personalized service to our clients. Our goal is helping our clients learn so that together, we can maximize their chances of getting lasting results.
We work together as a team to help our clients acheive their goals. It's fantastic to come to work in an environment where our clients feel supported and our team works to share quality fitness information among those who enter our doors.
Owner and Founder Ron Betta was first certified in California as a Personal Trainer for 24 Hour Fitness in 2002. Ron moved to Florida where he trained on NBC's hit TV show The Biggest Loser. Ron is a fitness author and professional speaker.
We are all Certified Personal Trainers. We have Fitness Nutrition Specialists, Exercisise Physiologists, Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition and Golf Fitness Specialists on staff. All of us are CPR and First Aid Certified and insured.

All clients go through a Design Session which includes a Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire, Goal and Fitness Assessment, Postural Assessment and exercise routine. We discuss how we can help you and work to understand your expectations of us.
We work with students in all situations. We've trained clients with Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, cancer, diabetes and other conditions.
Ensure your Trainer is certified and can share how they are capable of helping you reach your goal in a way you can understand. If they cannot articulate what they are going to do to help you, I suggest you keep asking or find someone who can.
