About Leni
With 6 years of consistent teaching experience, my passion has become helping my students deepen their connection to body and mind using the elements of mindfulness, strength and flexibility building, breathwork, and meditation in a way that caters to the individual's goals. My intention is that, in time, these qualities you find in yourself on the mat you will be able to take with you off the mat as well.
I most enjoy being able to see my students progress over time. The excitement they get when they realize a pose or movement that used to feel limiting has begun to get easier in their bodies.
I also really enjoy helping ease my students into not taking their limitations or themselves too seriously in the process
