About Irene
At VLASI, we look at health + well-being in a whole-person approach. We look at clients values, goals, work, balance, fulfillment, and life purpose to reach their personal overall health goals.
I enjoy partnering with clients with our unique coaching process to help them reach their personal goals, improve performance and enhance quality of life.
I am a Duke Certified Integrative Health and Well-Being Coach from Duke's Integrative Medicine Program. I have worked in a Behavorial Health Clinical setting to improve patients health & well-being.
I am a Yoga Alliance RYT200 practitioner and a nutrition expert.

Without Irene I would still be stuffing my face with potato chips and Chinese food. Finding my joy in a bottle of wine and chocolate. Now I look elsewhere.
