I have taken several of Yana’s classes. She is an excellent yoga instructor and a beautiful person inside out. She is very knowledgeable and is easy to follow. I really like how she explains each pose as well as the benefits of the pose for your body. Yana’s classes are very refreshing and renewing to your body and mind. I truly enjoyed every one of them.

Yana has helped facilitate my healing by creating flows that a unique to my body’s current abilities. She is one of the best instructors I’ve had, I usually go to a private class with her at 7:30 am and it’s always the perfect way to start my day!

Yana is a great yoga instructor! I really enjoy taking classes with her. I like her approach and chosen music for the class. She will always correct me if I do a pose incorrectly. After the class, I always feel relieved and uplifted.
