I am a student of Natural Sciences studying at the University of Cambridge. I have loved tutoring since I began, as I have a talent for helping struggling students to engage. I've found that the joy of assisting a student reach their goal is unmatched and I'm eager to keep this record up.

My most important personal philosophy which has proven to be the most effective with current and past tutees is to encourage understanding of material, rather than teaching to the test, which often seems to be why struggling students cannot engage with their teachers' lessons. I consult a professor in juvenile psychology to constantly adapt and improve my teaching style and help to ensure the students feel comfortable and relaxed. I have taught a total of 5 long-term students over the last 2 years, with exceptional results ranging from bringing a GCSE grade 1 in science in mock exams to a pass grade in the full exam 5 months later and an A-Level chemistry grade D in year 12 exams to an A grade in the full exam a year later. I can teach both online and in person and will happily commute to your address for the latter. I will request feedback from both students and parents so that my teaching style is tailored. I am entirely flexible on lesson length. At GCSE, I attained 10 grade 9 results, including in Maths, Further Maths and all three sciences and at A Level attained 5 A* grades, including Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I recently attained a Grade I (first) in my first year of my Natural Sciences degree at the University of Cambridge.
