About Lucas
I have been tutoring various VCE subjects since 2017, helping over 20 students achieve their very best with their subjects.
I have lived in 5 countries, having been born in Malaysia, moving to Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and now Australia.
I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and motivating them to succeed.

Through tutoring, I aim to motivate students of Biology to achieve the results that they need. Having completed VCE Biology in 2016, I am able to utilise the vast collection of notes, resources and study materials which I used, in order to assist new students undertaking the subject. Whether you require the necessary push and motivation to achieve higher results than you are currently getting, or you need assistance due to the rigor and complexity of the subject preventing you from getting exemplary marks, my tuition will cater to all types of students and their respective goals.
Specifically, the tutoring sessions will go over each week's new material to ensure students' complete understanding, and to cover any and all areas of confusion or difficulty. In addition, the tutoring sessions will equip students with the necessary skills and abilities to perform well during SACs and assessment tasks.
Having tutored 10 students in 2017, I have been able to further my understanding of the best methods to help students achieve their academic goals. Additionally, having been employed as a biology tutor for tutoring companies such as Mayfair Academy, teaching group classes for students of both unit 1/2 & 3/4 biology - I have experience teaching multiple students at once and have an understanding of how to specifically target lessons to each students' particular aptitudes and academic goals.
