About Milie
With 12 years of teaching and professional singing experience, I am dedicated to helping students from school to college develop their vocal skills and confidence. My passion for music drives me to create lessons that are both structured and enjoyable. Over the years, I have guided students to improve their breath control, pitch accuracy, vocal tone, and stage presence.
Many of my students have achieved success in competitions, cultural events, and school programmes, which has been a proud milestone in my career. My lessons include vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, rhythm practice, and expressive singing techniques.
I personalise my approach to suit each student’s goals and learning pace. I believe every student has a unique voice, and with consistent practice and proper guidance, that voice can reach its full potential. My mission is to inspire confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for music.

My teaching strategy for Singing is focused on building a strong technical foundation while nurturing each student’s individuality and confidence. I believe that every voice has its own character, and through flexibility, I design lessons that suit different vocal ranges, musical styles, and learning speeds.
Each session includes breathing exercises, vocal warm-ups, pitch training, and expressive practice to ensure balanced development. Empathy allows me to understand the emotional vulnerability that often comes with singing, especially for beginners or those preparing for performances.
Compassion helps me create a safe and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable exploring their vocal abilities. Clear communication is essential in my lessons, as I break down techniques such as breath support, tone placement, articulation, and phrasing into simple and practical steps.
Collaboration ensures students are actively involved in selecting repertoire, setting goals, and reflecting on their progress. Alongside Singing, I also teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Health, and Stage Performance skills for complete musical growth.
