Adapting yoga classes to all abilities from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Guiding students on how to connect breath and movement during physical and mental practice.
I'm always focusing on each’s needs, intentions, physical abilities, and expectations.
I work with different health issues and adjust exercises individually.
I love combinations of gentle yoga flows with power asanas and peak poses to develop flexibility, strength, and mental clarity.
During the class, we will use our body to go deeper into the mind.
