About Dale
I’m Dale Liao, an experienced yoga educator and teacher trainer with 5,000+ hours of teaching experience. My background includes E-RYT 500, YACEP, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda training, Pilates-based movement, fascia-focused movement and anatomy-informed practice. I enjoy helping adults understand their bodies better and move with greater confidence, especially those aged 40+ who value personalized guidance and a thoughtful, supportive approach to movement.

My yoga sessions are personalized for adults who want to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. Sessions may include yoga-based therapeutic movement, Yogalates, Yin Yoga, fascia-focused movement, mobility work, breathing and relaxation, depending on your goals and current movement needs. Beginners and adults returning to exercise are welcome, with a particular focus on adults 40+.

Details
The complimentary 30-minute first session is an introductory teaching session including consultation and movement assessment. A full 60-minute personalised session is charged at the standard rate. Home visits are available within the stated travel area; any exceptional transport or access costs will be discussed in advance.
