About Bee R
I’m a certified movement professional with a passion for helping adults move better and feel stronger in their bodies.
As a certified Pilates Reformer and Mat instructor, a 200-hour certified Yoga instructor, and a former professional dancer, contortionist, and movement artist, I bring years of diverse experience to every private session. My own journey through dance and contortion has given me a deep understanding of body mechanics, flexibility, strength, and mindful movement.
I specialize in personalized Pilates, personal training, stretching, and yoga sessions that focus on proper technique, breath awareness, alignment, and progressive results. Whether you want to improve posture, build core strength, increase mobility, recover from tightness, or simply feel more confident and balanced, I design each 50-60 minute lesson specifically for you.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and supportive. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where adults up to age 65 can progress at their own pace and enjoy the process. My goal is to help you develop lasting body awareness and sustainable habits that go beyond the session.

My approach to private yoga tutoring is highly personalized and focused on real results. I tailor every session to your individual goals, fitness level, and body’s needs, combining mindful breathwork, precise alignment, and gentle-to-challenging flows.
Lessons are typically 50-60 minutes long, giving us time for warm-up, main practice, and cool-down while keeping the pace effective and enjoyable.
As a 200-hour certified Yoga instructor, and with a background as a former professional dancer, contortionist, and movement artist, I bring deep body awareness and movement expertise to every lesson.
My sessions are ideal for adults of all levels up to age 65 — whether you’re a complete beginner looking to build confidence and flexibility, someone recovering from tightness or minor injury, or an intermediate/advanced practitioner wanting to deepen strength, balance, posture, and mindfulness. I create a patient, encouraging space where you’ll progress safely and leave each session feeling calmer, stronger, and more connected to your body.
