About Johar
Conceptual:
When I tell the story of my life, I am often estimated to be much older because I had the huge privilege of always being able to live a lot and very quickly. I see everything I encounter as being on a spectrum, not as "black & white", neither right nor wrong; and therefore face all people and situations completely openly and authentically empathetically. I was lucky enough to be able to gain a lot of experiences of all kinds, and I still want to experience or at least be able to understand everything else. For me, everything in life is about a dynamic balance, always in motion, and I consciously seek this out in all areas of my life and that of my clients.
Concrete:
I was born in Mexico and grew up half there, the other half in England; then decided to study in Canada and ended up continuing that in Germany, where I have now settled for the foreseeable future.
First, I became a musician, when I was 8. Then a computer scientist (since 2013) and then a coach, since it was simply never enough for me to only dwell in the arts or technology or both - people were always a great source of joy and fascination for me, I just had to find my calling within this missing puzzle piece. I celebrate my interdisciplinarity, for it greatly enriches and makes me even more committed to each of these three fields.
I am also well-versed in personal matters - firstly because, after many relationships of all kinds (including various forms of consensual non-monogamy), I married quite young; and secondly because of the many multicultural friendships and the worldwide family distribution that I have been able to experience throughout the many moves of my life.

My coaching is very individually tailored, but is always based on your personal responsibility.
Many think coaching is a magic wand with which you can dispel all your problems - and that's only partially true! A lot of the processes I've grown through with my coach have indeed from the start felt as magically effective and exciting as wizardry. However, there was always a lot of work that I had to do first behind every single step forwards.
Coaching offers you better perspectives, thought patterns, observations, ideas, tools, advice and much much more, of course. I'm also always looking for new concepts, experiences and realisations that I can bring to you and personally recommend. But the main thing that I hope my coaching can bring to you is the ability to continually hold yourself accountable for your own progress and wellbeing.
Together, we will quickly find the most effective way for you to move forward - and, in case it's necessary, first determine in which direction "forward" is for you.

Bin sehr zufrieden.Johann macht seine Sache einfach klasse. Er versteht es den Unterricht leicht und spielerisch aufzubauen, hat immer viele Ideen um die Themen verständlich zu erklären und trotz all der Ernsthaftigkeit für die Thematik kommt auch der Spaß nicht zu kurz. Daher : Daumen hoch und maximal empfehlenswert!
Johar macht das Klavier Lernen sehr interessant. Er achtet auf die korrekte Technik sehr, dazu bringt er Theorie bei und hilft bei neue Songs einfacher und mit gute Tricks zu lernen.
