About Jeri
With 6 years of experience as a Computer Programming tutor, I have worked with students across Secondary, O-Level, IP, JC/A-Level, IB, and introductory university courses to help them improve coding skills, logical reasoning, and technical understanding. I am passionate about creating lessons that make programming approachable, practical, and enjoyable for learners at different levels.
My teaching style combines conceptual clarity, step-by-step guidance, and interactive coding practice to help students develop confidence in writing and understanding code. I teach important areas such as Python programming, algorithms, debugging, object-oriented programming, and computational thinking using simplified explanations and hands-on exercises.

I offer engaging computer programming lessons that combine conceptual understanding, practical coding experience, and structured learning techniques to help students succeed academically and confidently. My lessons are suitable for Secondary, O-Level, IP, JC/A-Level, IB, and introductory university students who want to strengthen their programming knowledge and technical skills.
Classes are carefully tailored to match each student’s experience level and learning style. I simplify difficult programming concepts into manageable steps while teaching students how to think logically and solve problems efficiently. Topics may include Python, coding fundamentals, loops, functions, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and debugging techniques.
Students are guided through hands-on coding exercises, interactive discussions, and practical applications that encourage active participation and independent thinking. I also help students improve coding accuracy, understand error handling, and develop confidence when working on assignments or assessments.
My teaching style focuses on patience, clarity, and encouragement so students feel comfortable learning at their own pace.
