Conflict Management specialist with 20 years of experience working in mediation and restorative practice.
Utilisestraining and expertise to advise individuals in their response to conflict and stress. This can involve support in communication techniques, understanding need or in recovery from conflict and harm.
Alongside academic expertise including a distinction Masters in Restorative Justice.
Training provided to prisons police forces,neighbourhoodsand community groups in the UK and throughinterpreters working in othercountries.
Recent experience working directly with refugees and supporting communication with local community and local authority.
