About Lena
I am an Economics tutor with over 5 years of experience teaching high school and college students. During this time, I have successfully guided around 150–200 students, helping them achieve strong academic results and build confidence in the subject. I teach core areas including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Development Economics, and International Economics, while also connecting concepts to related fields like Statistics and Financial Economics. I emphasise motivation, patience, and compassion, creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and explore ideas. Creativity plays a key role in my sessions, as I use case studies, visual models, and simulations to make learning engaging and memorable. I also guide students in exam preparation and assignments, helping them develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. My goal is to help learners not only excel academically but also develop a genuine interest and understanding of economics in everyday life.
