Mariam is a great tutor. She took me through my edexcel maths A level course as a retake student. She takes you step by step with every topic and is good at deciphering how long a topic will take you to get through. She makes sure that your knowledge is consolidated properly by giving you exam practice immediately afterwards. Before I started lessons with Mrs Rizvi, I was really struggling with maths. I was aiming for a grade 5 but didn’t feel confident at all, especially with topics like algebra and problem solving. Honestly, I used to dread the subject.

More importantly, I actually started enjoying maths. That shift in mindset was something I didn’t expect, and it’s all thanks to how encouraging and motivating Mrs Rizvi has been throughout.
