About Zach
I’ve spent the last 7 years helping over 150 students find their rhythm with Spanish, and every one of them has reminded me that learning a language is about much more than just vocabulary. It’s about building confidence, finding your voice, and understanding people. I tutor mostly high school and college students, many of whom are just trying to pass a test or keep up in class. But through one-on-one attention, I help them realize that Spanish can be a skill they enjoy and use with pride. My sessions combine structure and flexibility—we’ll review grammar rules, but also practice having unscripted conversations, writing simple stories, or listening to native speakers. I tailor lessons to your interests. If you like sports, we’ll learn Spanish through game commentary. If you’re into music, we’ll analyze song lyrics. I once helped a student prepare for a summer internship in Mexico by focusing on conversational Spanish, professional phrases, and cultural etiquette—and they returned from the trip saying they felt more confident than ever before. That’s the kind of growth I aim for: not just better grades, but real-life confidence and independence. Spanish isn’t just a subject; it’s a tool for connecting with the world—and I’m here to help you master it.
