About Georgie
Having worked in the fashion industry and seeing first hand the negative impact of the fashion industry on the planet, I decided education was key to tackling overconsumption of fast fashion. I'm passionate about passing on my skills in order for people to make/alter/repair clothes that they love and will want to take care of.

I like to work on project-based lessons, so you have an outcome of something that you wanted to make. Or if you have a pile of alterations and mending that you want to know how to do or just knowing how to use a sewing machine, I can help you gain confidence in your sewing skills to help you lead a daily sustainable life. -I can provide books and discuss ideas and the best way to go about it. -Recommended a minimum of 2-hour session, but happy to be flexible and can do whole day sessions too. -All ages and abilities, have extensive experience in teaching children.
