About Manisha
Hello! I am Manisha Kamble, Founder and Faculty at Colour Edge Design (Fine Art & Fashion Institute). I am passionate about helping students discover their creativity and transform their artistic talents into professional skills.
With experience in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Textile Crafts, Surface Ornamentation, Fashion Illustration, and Traditional Indian Art Forms, I have dedicated my career to teaching and mentoring students of different age groups and skill levels. My goal is not only to teach techniques but also to build confidence, creativity, and independent thinking in every student.
I believe that every student learns differently. Therefore, my classes combine clear explanations, live demonstrations, practical assignments, and personalized guidance to ensure that each learner progresses at their own pace. Whether a student is a beginner exploring art for the first time or an aspiring designer preparing for a professional career, I strive to create a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
At Colour Edge Design, students receive hands-on training through projects, workshops, portfolio development, exhibitions, and creative activities that connect classroom learning with real-world applications. Many of my students have successfully developed strong portfolios, improved their artistic skills, and gained confidence in pursuing creative careers.

My Teaching Approach
At Colour Edge Design (Fine Art & Fashion Institute), I believe that creativity develops through a balance of theory, practical experience, observation, and experimentation. My teaching approach focuses on helping students build strong fundamentals while encouraging them to develop their own artistic and design identity.
Teaching Techniques and Methods
1. Demonstration-Based Learning
Live demonstrations of drawing, painting, fashion illustration, embroidery, textile techniques, and digital design software.
Step-by-step guidance from concept development to final execution.
2. Hands-On Practical Training
Learning by doing through studio exercises, workshops, and projects.
Regular assignments that strengthen technical and creative skills.
3. Project-Based Learning
Students work on real-world design and art projects.
Encourages problem-solving, creativity, research, and presentation skills.
4. Visual Learning
Use of sketches, mood boards, samples, presentations, videos, and reference materials.
Analysis of professional artworks, fashion collections, and design case studies.

Personalized feedback based on each student's strengths and areas for improvement.
