About Zara
My piano lessons focus on helping students feel comfortable, confident, and excited about learning music.
For beginners, we start with the fundamentals, getting familiar with the piano, understanding simple rhythms, and learning how the keys work. From there we gradually build coordination between both hands and begin playing simple songs.
I believe learning piano should be fun and inspiring, not something that feels like a chore. I like to include games, creative exercises, and music that students enjoy so they stay motivated while developing real musical skills.
My goal is for students to build strong foundations while also discovering the joy of making music.

Zara has a great personality for working with children, having being a child care teacher and a regular fixture at the LA skate parks growing up, to teaching kids at Hyde park in London, she has helped many adventurers explore their love of skateboarding.
Zara is brilliant and after years of giving up trying to skateboard, she’s finally made me feel confident in getting up on a board (and being able to stay up!!) haha. She’s a joy to be around and a wonderful teacher!
