Great trainer. Very knowledgeable
Very good instructor. She pushes you to your limits and makes sure you are doing the moves correctly. Would highly reccomend her to anyone looking to learn kickboxing or just for general fitness. Keep up the good work

Helima Is amazing! She was recommended to me by my eyelash tech. She pushes you to achieve your goal. She is very experienced and she know exactly when she is talking about when it comes to training/boxing and kickboxing. She sees your potential and pushes you to push harder. She is definitely a trustworthy tutor, I highly recommend her.
She is a very encouraging tutor, always you pushing to reach your goals. Very in tune with understanding what each of her students needs and thresholds are. She provides well timed, concise workouts with variety.
