About Donna
I empower women to navigate their fertility and motherhood journey with confidence and ease by providing holistic, nurturing support for the mind, body and soul. Through natural methods like Ayurveda, Yoga and feminine energy practices, I help them conceive, birth and thrive in motherhood while reclaiming their balance and vitality. I came to this through my own healing journey to become a mother. I dove deep into all things fertility, hormones and birth prep and discovered powerful, holistic tools that transformed my health and well-being. Now, I help other women do the same! My style is rooted in feminine movement and working with your cycle rather than against it.

Donna is a fantastic teacher and has the ability to give you exactly what you need, even if you didn’t know exactly what that was in the first place!
Definitely the best investment to prepare me for baby. I went from around 16 weeks right through and 100% credit this with coping well in labour! All the midwifes and obstetricians commented to my husband that I was "in the zone" doing well with just gas and air. That was down to breathing exercises, visualisations and affirmations that let me stay calm and in control during labour.
Donna has lots of information on what to expect and it's equivalent to what I learned in antenatal classes but better as its a little nugget each week.
