I will play regular games with students of all levels. All classes are taught with student as the focus. I create a mixed syllabus for each student according to their aptitude and effort. Classes can be taken in group or individual basis. You can choose the type of classes that you want: Educational Chess and Competitive chess. While there will be overlaps in activities, the teaching styles and activity styles are completely different. Classes taken for Chess enthusiasts and Hobby player as well. *Minimum age: 6 years for competitive chess.* *Minimum age: 4 years for educational chess.* Competitive chess: Focus on strategy and basics of the chess board leads to mastery over the game. So more time is given to chess theory once the tactics lessons are completed. Intensive Endgame training (theoretical) will be provided. Training for intensive Calculations will be provided for advanced students. Takeaways: Calculation training. Tactics - basic, intermediate and advanced. Endgame training- Basic, intermediate and advanced Book discussion. Strategy for all 5 stages of the game Board visualization exercises. Customized opening preparations and more. Objective: Get/improve Rating. Educational chess: Focus is on learning each concept. These are done using activities on the chess board as well as some exercises that cover math/geography/literacy to name a few. More minigames are used as learning tools. Outcomes expected: improvement in school subjects, personal and social skills, management skills, life skills and others. FREE 40 MINS Demo session. A plan will be given to parents based on the child's requirements Please note that Educational chess is not as intensive as competitive chess, and they will not be mutually exclusive. Some interesting activities of other learning types will be applied to teach to bring out the best in the children. NOTE: Each class has a lesson plan which will be followed.
