About Nuno
I am a Designer and Artist with a lot of working experience, not only doing projects, but teaching, mentoring, and managing teams. I have worked for startups and multinational companies and I have won many painting awards in international competitions. Why am I teaching Miniature Figure Painting? Because I want to connect with my artistic roots, share what I have learned and also if possible, make a living out of it. I am looking not only to spread knowledge but mentor people interested in this particular form of art. I love to see students grow their skills and see their evolution.

I have been painting figures for several years, gaining several awards in international competitions already.
I teach miniature figure painting with an artistic approach, not just applying basic coloring techniques. Always with the fundamentals of theory : Light, form and color.
I adjust the techniques to the level and desires of the student.
We could be focusing on the basics of color theory, learning how to paint skin or metals, how to texture or following through a piece from start to finish.
The classes can be theoretical, exploratory or practice along.
The lessons are for all people and all desired levels.
