I’m an award-winning director whose work has screened at SXSW and aired on HBO and CBS News. I’ve also directed branded nonfiction campaigns for The Economist and Big Think.

I teach cinematic storytelling, screenwriting, and editing from a working director’s perspective.
My lessons focus on narrative structure, emotional pacing, and how to shape raw footage into a compelling story that holds attention.
We examine narrative tension: what creates momentum, what diffuses it, and how to make intentional editorial choices.
In your first session, we’ll clarify your story idea and outline a clear narrative structure you can immediately apply.
Bring your concept or footage. You’ll leave with concrete next steps and a practical storytelling roadmap.
