About Maria
I am a third year student who is passionate about biology, chemistry, biochemistry and pharmacology! I have experience tutoring students in high school biology, chemistry, and physics up to grade 12 and have mentored students to help with first year calculus, biology, chemistry, and biochemistry classes.

I'm a third year biochemistry and toxicology double major at UofT. I have taken all the fundamental biochemistry lectures and lab courses, and I've completed a research placement over the summer. I've taught math and chemistry up to grade 12. I think it's important to integrate ideas across multiple courses to gain a well rounded picture of the material to help you gain confidence in your harder classes! I base my methods on what areas you can improve on the most and cater to your learning style to help improve your confidence!
