About Karishma
I'm a final year University student, studying English Literature and Psychology. I am really interested in different learning theories, and apply these to my academic life. English has always been something that has come easier to me than anything else. I understand how some students don't enjoy it at all, but I believe that English can be a subject that is both informative and entertaining (and easy, when you realise that there are techniques to help you do well)!

Problem areas are identified first! Students know, better than anyone, what they struggle with. Then, with the help of the student, a lesson plan will be drafted – so students feel more in-control. When it comes to literature, there are rarely wrong opinions. Reasoning for an opinion matters most ‐ so, will work with the student to develop critical thinking skills, to defend their opinions.
