About Tharuki
I've always been fascinated by biology because it explains how living organisms interact with the world around us. From genetics and evolution to human physiology, I enjoy helping students understand not just what happens in biology, but why it happens.
I'm a final-year Bachelor of Biomedical Science student at Monash University and a graduate of Baulkham Hills High School, where I achieved 95 in HSC Biology. Studying biomedical science has allowed me to build on my high school knowledge through subjects including genetics, physiology, microbiology, immunology, pharmacology, anatomy, developmental biology, and molecular biology.
With over two years of private tutoring experience, I enjoy making complex biological concepts easy to understand while helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy creating art, reading, and spending time with my very spoiled cat, Tigson!
