About Georgia
I am a final year physiotherapy student with a passion for fitness at whatever level that may be. I have been a multi-sport athlete my whole school and university career and am now in the process of transitioning to a gym based athlete with a multifaceted angle approach. I know from experience how daunting exercise can be and believe that having a specialised programme cab easily take away any worries.

With my physiotherapy and athletic background, my capabilities range from pilates work for core strengthening and pain relief to muscle building strength programmes.
