About Jordyn
Hi, I'm Jordyn, a Speech Pathology student with a passion for helping children develop the communication and literacy skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. I enjoy working with young people and love seeing their confidence grow as they overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
My studies and experience working with children have given me a strong understanding of language, literacy, and learning development. I wanted to become a tutor because I believe every child deserves support that is tailored to their individual needs, helping them build not only their academic skills but also their confidence and enjoyment of learning.

I offer engaging, personalized tutoring in English, literacy, reading, and English as a Second Language (ESL) for children under 16. My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, using evidence-based strategies to build confidence, comprehension, vocabulary, reading fluency, and written communication skills. Lessons typically run for 45 minutes and incorporate interactive activities to keep learning enjoyable and effective.
I am a Speech Pathology student with experience supporting children's language, literacy, and learning development in both educational and clinical settings. My lessons are suitable for primary and early secondary school students, including those who are developing English as an additional language.
