About Oliver
Hi, I'm Olly, an experienced tutor and mentor with a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals. I offer tutoring in Geography, Business, and Psychology, supporting students at GCSE and A-Level to improve their understanding, boost their confidence, and achieve the grades they are aiming for.
Having completed these subjects myself, I understand the challenges students face and focus on making lessons engaging, practical, and tailored to individual learning styles. Sessions can cover subject content, exam technique, essay structure, revision planning, and confidence building to help students perform at their best.
Alongside tutoring, I work as a Degree Apprentice at J.P. Morgan while studying for a degree in Applied Finance. This allows me to offer students valuable insight into university, apprenticeships, careers, and the transition from education into the workplace.

I have experience tutoring students in Psychology, Geography and Business Studies.
I support with both academic understanding and how to apply learnings to the real-world environment. My aim is to not only develop a student's grades but also mentor them in a way that sets them up for success in future careers.
My professional background includes a Degree Apprenticeship at J.P. Morgan, as well as work experience programmes at Deloitte and J.P. Morgan. Giving me strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
I take a structured, student-centred approach to lessons, focusing on building confidence, simplifying complex ideas and helping students develop the mindset and real-world awareness needed to succeed. I aim to create sessions that are engaging, supportive and tailored to each learner’s goals.
